Return and Refund Policy

According to different problem orders, we can provide refund and resend solutions.
If it is due to our quality problem or because the logistics company cannot use the product normally, we can decide whether to refund or resend the product.
In order to ensure that we are able to send accurate and high-quality products, all our products are inspected by our quality control center prior to shipment.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
